Daniel Boggs
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Boggs joined the organization in June 2012.  Mr. Boggs’ primary responsibility is to carry out strategic plans and policies, as established by the Board of Directors, in order to fulfill the organization’s mission to promote and provide safe, decent and affordable housing for area residents.  Mr. Boggs has twelve (12) years of experience in community, residential and commercial planning and development.

Nathan joined GGHRA in the summer of 2015 and brought with him over 10 years of experience in the construction and finance industries. He is responsible for managing new projects for GGHRA from inception to completion as well as the overseeing the maintenance of current properties owned and managed by GGHRA.

Davis joined the GGHRA team in February 2016.  He brings with him extensive property maintenance experience.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors for Greater Greenville Housing and Revitalization Association, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “GGHRA”) is comprised of a diverse panel of ten (10) individuals from the greater Greenville community.  These individuals contribute a wide range of professional knowledge, skills, and expertise in determining, promoting and implementing the mission of GGHRA.  A term for a Director is three (3) years, with a two-term limit.  Directors are formally assigned responsibilities in the Bylaws for the government, control and general management of the affairs, funds and property of the Organization.  In addition, the Directors also provide active fiduciary oversight of finances, physical assets and long range planning to ensure the abiding vitality of the Organization.  The current Directors of GGHRA are as follows:
