Cypress Pointe Apartments-Finished 2019

Cypress Pointe (formerly known as Chateau Orleans) was acquired by GGHRA in 2016 and completed a major renovation in 2019. The project significantly improved booth the interior and exterior of the 17 rental units on the property.
GGHRA partnered with local architect Emily Poole and secured financing from Southern Bancorp. Currently, there are no vacancies at the newly renovated property. |
The Reserves at Gray Park-Finished 2018
Ed Gray Park represents an new vision in residential development for Greater Greenville Housing. Situated within an already existing residential neighborhood, it will consist of 42 one, two and three bedroom town homes once complete.
